in Sønderborg, Denmark

Following in the footsteps of his father Kurt Thiim, who won the DTM championship in 1986, Nicki Thiim's career got off to a very promising start with a series of championship wins in single-seater racing in Denmark and GT and touring car racing in Germany. In 2013, he began a long association with the Aston Martin Racing team in the FIA World Endurance Championship. Nicki was crowned champion in 2016 aboard an Aston Martin Vantage GTE and he continues to race for the British team today.
